Not sure which 4-H club to choose in 4HOnline? Here’s a quick guide:
Oneida County 4-H: Select this option if you plan to participate in general county-wide events and activities, or if you’re unsure which club to join right now.
Northwoods Explorers 4-H Club: Choose this club if you plan to be an active member by attending regular meetings and participating in club-specific activities.
Oneida County Youth Summer Theater Program: Select this option only if you plan to participate exclusively in the summer theater program and not in other 4-H activities.

What Is A Project?

Before breaking down what a project is, start thinking about your child and their interests and likes. Do they like to cook or bake? Do they love science and astronomy? Maybe they like to paint or write or create. Now make a list of those interests and likes, maybe just a few to get started.
A Project is a topic your child may be interested in or would like to learn more about. You can choose a few if you’d like, but you do need to select at least one per 4HOnline requirements. Don’t worry though, when selecting projects you are not committing you or your child to any special requirements. For example, if you select “woodworking” as a project, it just means your child is interested in woodworking and wants to learn more. Selecting projects during enrollment gives 4-H staff a better idea of what 4-Hers are interested in and may want to further explore!
