4-H Junior Leaders Program

The Oneida County 4-H Junior Leaders program is designed to give youth and teens the opportunity to develop their leadership skills while having fun! Led by a caring adult 4-H volunteer, the 4-H Junior Leader program is a positive youth development program aimed at helping young people succeed while empowering them to reach their full potential!
