Non-Member Registration Instructions
Registration Process for Non‑Members
Non‑members must complete two steps to successfully register for an event:
Step 1: Create a 4HOnline Profile: www.4honline.com
This step creates your account but does not register you for an event.
You will enter:
- Family information
- Youth participant information
⚠️ You must complete both Step 1 and Step 2 to be officially registered.
How to Create an Account (4HOnline)
- When prompted, select:
- State: Wisconsin
- Institution: Wisconsin 4‑H Youth Development
- County: Oneida
- Enter the following information:
- Email (and confirm)
- Family name
- Cell phone number
- Password (and confirm)
- Click Create Account.
- Verify your address when prompted.
- Select Wisconsin 4‑H, then click Next.
- Complete all required fields under Member Information
(Be sure this information reflects the youth participant.) - Under Membership Options, select:
“I want to participate in a Wisconsin 4‑H activity but I do NOT want to join Wisconsin 4‑H at this time.” Important: This option allows immediate event registration and is strongly recommended for first‑come, first‑served events. - Click Finish.
Step 2: Register for the Event
- After clicking Finish, you will return to the Home screen.
- From the left menu, select Member List.
- Click View next to the youth you wish to register.
- Select Events from the left menu.
- Click Register for a New Event.
- Select the event and click Next.
- Review event details and click Start Registration.
- Complete:
- Required questions
- Health form
- Consent forms
Once submitted, Oneida County staff will review and approve the registration. You will be notified when your child has been added to the event roster.
IMPORTANT: Event Capacity
Some events have limited capacity due to space, staffing, or supplies. Registration is first come, first served, and placement cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
