Meal Prep Made Easy

Meal Prep Made Easy

Meal prep is done to help reduce the amount of stress you feel, the amount of waste in your house or fridge, sets you up for success throughout the week, and saves you money!

Tip 1: Take an hour to prep veggies at the beginning of the week. Cut veggies will last throughout the week, and will save you time when it comes to cooking the evening meal.

Tip 2: Sheet pan recipes are great because they save you time and tend to be inexpensive.

Tip 3: If you have an hour to prep one day a week, set that routine!

A woman's hands are seen chopping vegetables on a wooden chopping board.
A man places a Tupperware lid over food he has just meal prepped.
Assorted healthy foods, such as vegetables and hard-boiled eggs, are arranged beautifully in glass Tupperware containers.
