Spring is a time for renewal. With more daylight and fresh air, it’s a great opportunity to refresh simple habits that support your energy, digestion, and overall well-being.

- Seated or Standing Torso Twists – encourages digestive movement.
- Knee-to-Chest (standing or seated) – gently compresses abdomen.
- Side Bends – stretches abdominal muscles.
- Cat-Cow Stretch (or gentle standing version) – supports gut mobility.
- Deep Belly Breathing – activates relaxation and digestion.
