Providing Educational Programming to Communities, Leaders, & Organizations
UW-Extension educators partner with county, state, federal, and tribal governments, community organizations, volunteers, and businesses. We provide research-based support backed by the University of Wisconsin, and education in regards to vitality and quality of life within a community.
We provide outreach, education, research, assistance, opportunities, and support in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Food Systems, Community Economic Development, Local Government Education, Technology & Innovation, Workforce Analysis, Entrepreneurship, Community Planning & Sustainability, and more!
Our programming and outreach services are backed by University of Wisconsin research, research that citizens of Wisconsin can access through the services of our educators.
Community economic development is a community-driven approach to improving economic well-being and overall quality of life for local communities.
